Born in Jeddah in 1987, Ghada Almuhammadi is a Saudi artist whose work explores the intersections of personal memory, cultural narrative, and the female experience. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from King Abdulaziz University in 2008, a foundation that continues to inform the socially reflective nature of her artistic practice.

Over the past decade, she has emerged as a compelling voice within the contemporary art landscape of the Gulf region. Her solo exhibitions include When Shahrazad Wakes Up (Isdar, Riyadh, 2024/2025), Ghada Missing in Wonderland (Hayy Jameel, Jeddah, 2022), and Copy 1, Personal Journey (Ziad Gallery, Jeddah, 2018). Earlier solo presentations at Dama Art Gallery, Nesma Art Gallery, the French Cultural Center, and the Saudi Art Center further established her presence in the local art scene.

Her work has also been featured in a number of group exhibitions across the Middle East and Europe, including Geometry of Beauty (Hafez Gallery, 2025), the Islamic Arts Biennale store (2023/2025), and Paris Fashion Week (2023), where her work was shown in collaboration with Hafez Gallery. Previous group exhibitions span Doha, Dubai, London, Madinah, and Kuwait, underscoring her growing international reach.

Her pieces have been acquired by a number of public and private collections, among them KAUST (Saudi Arabia), Hewar Gallery (Riyadh), Artdivano Gallery (Bahrain), and the French Consulate in Jeddah. Her work is also featured in the Imago Mundi art book project in Italy, and is held in numerous private collections in cities such as Paris, Milan, Dubai, and Riyadh.
